Q.  How much does it cost?   

 A.  Our company fee ranges from *$.99 - $6.99 depending on delivery address and restaurant.   In order to keep prices low and for faster, conveinent ordering we encourage you to place your order online.  A phone order fee of $1.99 will be added to all orders not placed through Delivery2Go.com.  $.99 Company fees are for certain participating restaurants for certain times. 

Q. Can I order from multiple restaurants? 

 A. You can, your delivery fee will add the base fee from both restaurants. If the restaurants are in close proximity, we may in some circumstances discount the delivery fee some after the fact. Email us to ask if your order qualifies.

Q.  Do you offer any discounts?   

 A.  We offer discounts through our Facebook and Twitter Pages from time to time. We reserve the right to decline any invalid or any other code for any customer we seem fit.

Q.  Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?   

A.  All orders are placed with the restaurant instantly and therefore, cannot be cancelled.  Once your order is placed it CANNOT be cancelled.  Refusing to pay after submitting an order is fraud and we hold the right to bill  you to your home or work address if we deem neccessary. Possibly adding on legal fees.
 

Q.  What areas do you service?  

 A.  Currently, we provide restaurant delivery and takeout service within Bloomington, Terre Haute zip codes.   Not sure if your address is in our service area? Shoot us an email. Info@delivery2go.com. * From time to time we can deliver outside our zones.  

 

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?

 A.  Depending on volume, your order will be delivered in about 45 minutes.  You  may keep up with the progress of your order through "My Account" or by selecting to receive notifications sent to you via text message or email.  If you need to receive your order at a specific time, please use our "Deliver To Me Later" feature to schedule and advanced order. Delivery Times are just an estimate not a gaurantee. Keep in mind bad weather, trains, road construction, all could cause delays. Delays aren't a valid reason to cancel/not pay.

 

Q.  Will my food still be hot when it arrives?

 A.  All meals are transported in thermal catering bags that are specifically designed to keep your food hot and fresh. 

 

Q.  What form of payment do you accept?

 A.  You can check out with all major credit cards and cash. We require advance notices of any bills larger then 20.00. Drivers do not carry much cash for this reason. If you want to pay with something more, it could cause a delay in your food delivery.
